We’ll provide a list of best practices for keeping yourself and your guests safe while setting up and enjoying the bounce house.
We’ll provide detailed set-up instructions and walk you through everything you’ll need to know when you pick the bounce house up. If you have any questions or concerns during your rental, you can reach us by phone, email, or text message. We’ll do our best to help you over the phone, but can reasonably be available in-person to help you out.
We inspect, clean, and sanitize the bounce houses after each rental. The bounce houses are stored in a clean and dry environment to prevent mold, dust, or mildew.
During severe weather, we reserve the right to cancel rental reservations. Your security deposit will be returned.
During questionable weather, you are welcome to keep your existing reservation or have the option to get a rental credit another reservation up to one year after your initial reservation.
You will pick up and drop off your rental at our location at 2938 Scotland Parkway, Sun Prairie, WI 53590
Weekend Rentals: Pick up at 5PM on Friday, Drop off at 5PM on Sunday (or by appointment)
Weekday Rentals: Pick up and drop off by pre-arranged appointment
Cardinal Bounce requires a $100 security deposit to be paid by credit card when you book your reservation. Your security deposit can be returned to you up to 48 hours prior to your event. Damages, incidentals or failure to return the rental will result in additional charges to your credit card and are outlined in the contract.
